The  8 stall barn is first rate.  Each 12 x 12 stall has a window to the outside which can be closed in bad weather, an overhead fan with a light, audio/video camera system and easy access to electrical outlets for veterinary/grooming appliance use.   The barn also has an air conditioned tack room and separate feed storage room.

3 riding areas including a 20x60 meter clay/sand arena, 20x40 meter clay arena with lights,  a schooling jump course , and an enclosed (by fencing) approx 50ftx100ft clay/sand arena

Several grass turn out  paddocks are rotated year round to insure we always have grass pastures for our horses.  This includes 4 one acre grass pastures constructed of 3 board fencing on all sides.

A dirt paddock (AKA sacrifice paddock) is also available for horse turnout.

Facility is within 5-10 miles of local parks and great trails.

A rider lounge/ guest apartment is available for boarders who want to watch videos of their rides, cool off, grab a snack, etc.
